In the Abilene Convention Center Auditorium, we fully appreciate each and every patron. We are always keen to prove to our customers that we are the best source of entertainment in Abilene, TX!
Where can I park?
Parking is accessible on the North side of the convention center – accessible via the corner Pine Street and 7th Street.
How much is parking?
Parking is free in the North Lot of the Convention Center.
Where do I pick up my tickets?

Tickets purchased through our website are emailed to you directly. Please check for an email from “boxoffice@thevenueatabilene.com”. You can also sign into our website by “Order History” under the “Cart” menu item. This will display all tickets you’ve purchase for yourself and others.

Tickets are downloadable in PDF format. We will scan the QR code at check-in. You do NOT need to print them, but it is advised to print them if your phone has a cracked screen so that checking you in is fast and easy.

Ticket pick up will be available inside the Abilene Convention Center/Auditorium Foyer on the day of the performance.

When can I pick up my tickets?
Ticket pick up will only be available on the day of the performance. Box office is expected to open at least one (1) hour prior to performance start time, but may open earlier depending on performance.
Where can I enter for Wheelchair Seating?

Wheelchair seating in Row I is accessible by the North and South vomitorium doors.

  • Seats I 3-7 should enter via the North Vomitorium Doors via the North Parking Lot off of 7th Street
  • Seats 44-48 should enter via the South Vomitorium Doors via the Storybook Garden off of 6th Street.

Wheelchair seating in Row X is accessible by the main Foyer of the Convention Center/Auditorium – accessible by the North or South glass doors.
